Dominance Guidelines – Canada
The Competition Bureau of Canada recently released its final Enforcement Guidelines on the Abuse of Dominance Provisions. The updated guidelines are now available on the Bureau’s website. In March 2012, the Bureau released draft guidelines for public consultation, and reviewed the comments received carefully, prior to finalizing them.
