The European Competition Network (ECN) Working Group on Cooperation Issues and Due Process recently published reports on Decision-Making Powers and Investigative Powers. The Reports provide an overview of the different systems and procedures for antitrust investigations within the ECN.

The Chilean FNE recently released the final version of its Guide for the Analysis of Merger Transactions. (Spanish version) The guide was revised after consideration of public comments and is an internal regulation for the FNE, neither binding for the Competition Tribunal nor for the Supreme Court.
