Academic Society for Competition Law (ASCOLA) will hold its sixth conference  “New Competition Jurisdictions: Shaping Policies and Building Institutions” on 1-2 July 2011, at King’s College, London.  The program features sessions on 1) Institutional Challenges and Choices: Deterrence; 2) The Global Perspective; 3) Challenges and Obstacles in Adopting Competition Laws; and  4) Discussion of Teaching Competition Law and Economics in New Competition Jurisdictions.
