The World Bank Group Competition Policy thematic Group has launched the 2013 Competition Advocacy Contest to disseminate success stories on how to build a culture of competition in our client countries.
The contest will search for the best advocacy stories on competition reforms conducted by any Competition Agency from developing and emerging markets. We see this as an excellent way to collect success stories and disseminate the relevant role of promoting competition in specific markets and sectors.
The link to submit proposals can be found here.
The four top applicants will be invited to present their stories at the headquarters of the World Bank Group in Washington, DC. The stories will be featured in a World Bank Group publication.
Deadline for submissions is September 6, 2013.
The Investment Climate Department of the World Bank Group will announce the winning stories in October 2013 on its website.
