The Spanish National Authority for Competition and Markets and the Portuguese Competition Authority held their sixth annual bilateral meeting earlier this month at the Iberian Competition Forum. Agency officials discussed case coordination, the role of chief economists, priorities and recent changes for each agency, and a staff exchange program. In particular, the agencies will continue to coordinate their actions in the fight against cartels.
