The ICN Agency Effectiveness Working Group will hold an interactive workshop designed for agency heads and top-level management. The workshop will address the key elements of a well-functioning competition agency and provide competition agencies with ideas, tools, procedures and best practices that can help them enhance their effectiveness.  Sessions will cover strategic planning and priority setting, developing project delivery techniques and knowledge management systems, and agency evaluation, among others.
