Today is the second installment of “Web Wednesdays”: each Wednesday we highlight one aspect of competition agencies’ websites, showcasing how members address a particular issue as well as relevant ICN work product on the topic.
ICN’s Anti-Cartel Enforcement Manual chapter on Cartel Case Initiation notes that “to encourage disclosure of cartel activities, agencies widely publicise methods for public complaints.” It also recommends that agency websites “contain clear procedures and easy-to-use procedures to make electronic complaints.”
Today’s link offer samples of how authorities invite public complaints via their websites.
Check back next week for another Web Wednesday. The ICN blog welcomes your ideas for future posts at icnblog@ftc.gov.
