EC Report on Competition Policy
The European Commission’s 2009 Report on Competition Policy has been published. The report gives an overview of the key changes to the EU competition rules and policy and the major enforcement actions. The Focus Chapter of the Report is devoted to the contribution of competition policy to fight the financial and economic crisis.
