Chile’s FNE recently published “Public Sector and Antitrust” or “Sector Público y Libre Competencia” the fourth document of its series of Advocacy materials. The guide is addressed primarily to public sector employees and service managers, with the intent to promote compliance with rules to protect free competition in the marketplace.
