The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) describes recent substantive and procedural amendments to the Hungarian competition law, including impacts on merger procedures and its leniency program.

Merger notification form – Hungary   The Hungarian Competition Authority has initiated a public consultation on the draft of the Hungarian merger notification form and on the draft of the informal meetings related to the merger review.
